information needed for sambo visa (Score: 1)

I am from non EU country and have been living in Sweden on student visa for last three years and already completed my master degree in Sweden. Before one year i met with Swedish girl and we got involved in each other. Since from that time our feelings, love and trust increasing day by day but so far we are not living together but during last one year we kept visiting each others places several time in a month. My student visa is about to an end in the end of January and i wanted to take my girl friend with me in my home country but she is studying yet in Sweden and also do not want to go with me in my home country. My sambo suggested me to apply for sambo visa to be able to live together because we cant stay away from each other.
Now i am wondering on one thing that am i able to apply for the sambo visa because i was not living with my gf since the start of our relationship but now i am shifting with her in December and we already have arranged the apartment. Now i want to ask that is there any requirement that how long time i have to live with my sambo before applying for sambo visa or i can apply with in the first month after shifting with her. Please guide me in this regard, yours kind guidance will be appreciated in this matter . Thanks |

(User Info | Send a Message) | Depends on what to do. In most cases I prefer to call - so get quick response to request / questions. If needed to my message thoroughly dismantled and it contains lots of information - then email.
