Gothenburg Basketball Youth Festival

Come to our youth basketball tournament in Gothenburg, 13th to the 16th of May 2010. We are in our 32nd Year!
It is the largest in Europe with around 7000 participants from over ten European countries.

Entertainment in Sweden Swedish Art and Cultural History From The 18th Century To The Present Day (in English)

This course covers Swedish Art and Master Craftsmanship over the past three centuries, starting with the 18th century. This is a particularly interesting period of time and will give students the opportunity to learn about such well known Swedish styles as Gustavian, Northern Light and Swedish Grace. The course consists of six theory lessons, together with study tours of both the National Museum and the Auktionsverket's Modern Arts and Crafts viewing.

News: TV3 adds John Ritter and other sitcoms

Entertainment in Sweden TV3 is touting a "TGIF" line-up starting this Friday, which consists of 4 sitcoms, 3 new and 1 they've aired for a while (Scrubs).

The three new shows:
8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter (starring the late John Ritter, and Katey Segal)
Two And A Half Men (starring Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer)
Jim's World (starring Jim Belushi and Courtney-Thorne Smith)

The 2-hour block starts this Friday at 19.00. All 4 shows get a rerun the following Saturday afternoon.

Other new shows premiering soon include (read on for details): Joan of Arcadia, Miss Match, It's All Relative, The Handler, and The Man Show.
