Cool diet meal plan.

Breakfast

1-2 hard boiled eggs. If you prefer them jiggly that’s ok too of course.
2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber
1 thick slice of cheese
coffee or tea without sugar or cream


Lunch

Hemma Borta
One egg omelett with 1egg, 3 slices fullkorn (wholewheat) bread
2 egg whites and 3 msk water with butter. Salt meat, roastbeef,
50 grams rinsed shrimps 1 thick skinny ham. 1 thick slice of cheese.

Dinner

Pannbiff made of mixed calf hamburger and cooked celery and beans, no onion
½ grapefruit.



Breakfast

1-2 hard boiled eggs with 2 slices tomato and 2 slices of cucumber.
1 thick slice of cheese, please whole fat.
Coffee or tea If you want, extra grapefruit.


Lunch

½ fullkornsbröd with butter, and cottage cheese. 1 egg and 1 tomato
One little natural yoghurt.
Dinner

Cooked skinny oxkött or oxtunga with cauliflower and 1 little carrot
Green salad with cucumber, tomato, and celery.
1 pear for desert.

Breakfast

1-2 cooked eggs with 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber, 1 slice of thick cheese.
Coffee or tea.
If you want, 1 natural yoghurt or ¼ light fil.

Lunch

Hemma Borta
Pannbiff fried without butter 2 slices of fullkornsbröd with butter
2 fried tomatoes ½ grapefruit cooked oxkött or tunga on top.
1 tomato
½ grapefruit
Dinner

Cooked rödspätta (I had salmon) They figure slap it in the oven with some lemon water and cook for 20 minutes. Eat it with carrots and pressed lemon over on top. Eat as much fish as you need to be full without the potatoes.

Desert
Roasted bread or 1 thin slice of rågbröd with a good size cheeseslice to eat with coffee.


Breakfast

1-2 eggs with 2 slices of tomato and cucumber.
1 thick slice of cheese.
Coffee or tea. If you want ½ grapefruit.


Lunch

½ slice of fullkornsbröd with cooked torskrom
½ slice of fullkornsbröd med salt kött eller rostbiff.

Dinner

Lightly cook cauliflower, celery, or tomato slices in an ovensafe form. 1 egg and 2 egg whites whisked in 3 msks water. Mix it up and pour over the veggies and cook in the oven at 170 degrees for about 1 hour. After 15 minutes in the oven slap a big piece of mild cheese over it. Let it bake until its brown on top and eat it with a skinny ham piece.

Desert

Melon without sugar. Or frozen strawberries.

Breakfast

1-2 cooked eggs with 2 lices of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber.
1 thick slice of cheese.
Coffee or tea. If you want 1 natural yoghurt with ¼ liter fil.

Lunch

Home Borta
1 Thick slice of skinny ham 1 slices fullkornsbröd with 1 slice
egg mix of 1 egg and 2 egg whites cooked ham and 1 thick slice of
3 msk of water ½ grapefrukt cheese and ½ grapefruit.

Dinner

Fried liver, of chicken, pig, cow, or whatever. Taste with garlic, fried in a bit of butter with fried tomatoes and browned mushrooms

Desert

Pineapple without sugar.


Breakfast

1-2 cooked eggs with 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber
1 thick slice of cheese. Coffee or tea
If you want, ½ slice of grapefruit.

Lunch

Raw hamburger, raw onion, kapris, horseradish and even 1 raw egg yellow. You can grill it gently if you don’t like it raw
1 tomato and 1 yoghurt.


Dinner

½ cooked chicken with cooked broccoli or cauliflower, green salad, cucumber and fresh mushrooms.
Desert is fullkornsbröd with cottage cheese for night coffee.

Breakfast
1-2 cooked eggs or fried in a little water in a teflonpanna without fat.
Cut a bit of chives over the steaked egg. ½ slices of fullkornsbröd with cheese. Even ½ grapefruit.

Lunch

Some weird fishy recipe that involves gelatinbladen (cant be good) I just had salmon again Razz

Dinner

½ fried chicken or ¼ broiler. Eat it with tomatoes and mushrooms. For desert you get some celery or “endivesallad med lite ädelost”???

This is the first weeks plan!!!!

I should bring up that amerikanska site kind of squished "hemma borta" together and its supposed to be two different meal plans for depending on if you are at home or out working.

Also you are absolutely not allowed to drink milk on this. I'm not sure what else needs to be said.
