Anyone interested in delikatess?

Is anyone into all natural moose, or reindeer meat? Special cheeses, special meats, hearts, livers, kidneys?

Just looking!

Never had moose, but I must say I have had (and love) Elk meat. Not so much a fan of hearts livers and tongues and such.

I love reindeer meat but I don't eat it very often at all. What do you mean with "natural"?

Guess there isn't FAKE moose Very Happy

I have a friend who is setting up a business where he is selling bear, moose, reindeer sausages, meat, and all that other good stuff I brought up. It's a pretty neat idea! He doesn't quite have a website yet but he is selling his stuff in markets around Sweden.

All natural means there is no added chemicals or anything like that.

He's making different kebabs too that hes selling at his wagon.

Just tryin to get the word out for him Very Happy

Will it be inspected by a veterinarian approved by Livsmedelsverket according to the law?

As fAr as the legal meat thing, I have no idea, once I get his website up you can always call him and ask him Shocked

We were served moose at a jul gathering. To me it tasted like roast beef. Not gamey at all.
